San Nee works with adults experiencing emotional stress, personal concerns, life and career challenges, relational difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. She believes therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Her therapeutic style is calm, collaborative, and thoughtful, supporting clients to develop greater self-awareness and resilience over time.

Her psychotherapy approach is integrative, drawing from in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), allowing her to tailor the work to each client's unique needs.

San Nee offers sessions in both English and Chinese, working with adult individuals in person. She is a counsellor-in-training practicing under the supervision of a clinical psychologist, ensuring professional guidance and adherence to ethical and evidence-based standards of care.
