Her therapeutic style is calm, collaborative, and thoughtful, supporting clients to develop greater self-awareness and resilience over time.
Her psychotherapy approach is integrative, drawing from in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), allowing her to tailor the work to each client's unique needs.
