Group & Support Sessions

Group counselling offers dedicated, theme-based sessions for individuals who share common life experiences, challenges, or goals. Each group is thoughtfully designed around specific themes, such as stress, relationships, self-esteem, or life transitions or events, creating a sense of shared understanding and connection among participants.

Facilitated by a trained counsellor, the group is provided with a safe and supportive environment where members are encouraged to reflect, share, and learn from one another. Through guided discussions and structured activities, participants gain new perspectives, feel less alone in their experiences, and develop practical coping strategies.

Group counselling fosters shared resilience and collective healing, while also supporting personal growth and self-awareness. It offers a unique opportunity to experience connection, empathy, and support within a community setting.

Duration available: 8 - 10 sessions, 90 minutes per session

Group size: 8 - 10 participants
