Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is created for individuals seeking to process personal struggles, emotional challenges, or life transitions. It offers a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Through a collaborative and respectful partnership, counsellor supports you in making sense of your inner world, identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and developing healthier ways of coping.
Grounded in evidence-based approaches, the counselling aims to deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and support meaningful and sustainable change. Whether you are navigating stress, relationship concerns, or a period of uncertainty, therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Duration available: 60 minutes, 90 minutes
